Scope of Services

nathanfornyc provides advisory services related to international commercial arbitration and cross-border trade legal compliance under the USMCA. All deliverables are provided on a non-exclusive basis and do not constitute legal representation unless expressly agreed in a separate engagement letter.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary for the performance of our services. Failure to disclose material facts may limit our ability to advise effectively and may result in termination of the engagement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, nathanfornyc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

Confidentiality

All information shared during the course of an engagement shall be treated as confidential. This obligation survives termination of the agreement. We reserve the right to disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you shall pay for all services rendered up to the effective date. Sections regarding confidentiality and limitation of liability shall survive termination.

Modifications

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and become effective 14 days after posting. Continued use of our services after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
